Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Claritybase, operated by INFINITEWARE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Claritybase is an AI-powered digital maturity assessment platform that evaluates organizational readiness across multiple domains, generates prescriptive reports with software recommendations, and provides continuous monitoring through quarterly reassessments.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per individual, unless authorized for multi-tenant administration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Submit false or misleading information in assessments
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assessment reports without authorization
• Attempt to compromise platform security or access other users' data

5. Intellectual Property

The Claritybase platform, including its AI agents, assessment frameworks, scoring methodologies, and report templates, are the intellectual property of INFINITEWARE. Your assessment data and reports are owned by you, subject to our right to use anonymized, aggregated data for benchmarking.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Free tier includes one assessment with basic reporting
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Enterprise agreements are governed by separate contracts
• Prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BD) unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

Claritybase provides assessment recommendations based on AI analysis. These are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional consulting, legal, or financial advice. INFINITEWARE is not liable for business decisions made based on assessment outputs. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Bahrain.
