• To benchmark your scores against anonymized market data

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and in transit. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance. End-to-end PII masking is applied in all AI interactions. Role-based access controls and complete audit trails are enforced across the platform.

Assessment data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Historical assessment records are maintained for benchmarking accuracy but are fully anonymized.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with program administrators (e.g., Tamkeen) only when you are enrolled in their program and have consented to such sharing. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used for market benchmarking.
